Our branch is in Nerul, specifically over at Sector 19A in the Cottage Land building. It’s a good spot in Navi Mumbai, not too far from the main roads but enough away that we can actually get some work done. Being at B 501, we have a bit of a view, but mostly we’re looking at screens and tracking numbers all day. People come in all the time wanting to send things overseas or asking why their package hasn't arrived yet. We do our best to find the answers, even when the system is being slow. It’s a lot of scanning boxes and printing out labels. The monsoon season is always a bit of a challenge here because the rain makes everything damp and the deliveries can get stuck in the mud or traffic. We don't try to sound like some big fancy corporation, even if the name on the door is well known. We’re just a local team in Navi Mumbai trying to make sure the mail gets through. Some days are smoother than others, but that’s just the nature of this business. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time talking to the delivery guys who are out on the road. It’s a busy environment, but we’ve got a good group of people who have been doing this for years. We just keep our heads down, sort the packages, and try to keep the complaints to a minimum.
