We’re located at Shantinath Bhavan on Shradhanand Road, right near Kings Circle in Mumbai. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know it’s always loud and full of people. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. We spend the whole day handling packages and sorting out addresses. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes around and scanning labels. The space is usually filled with the sound of tape dispensers and people shouting out zip codes. We don't have time for fancy decorations; we just need enough room to move. The heat in Mumbai can be tough, especially when we’re unloading a van, but we just get on with it. Every day is a bit different, depending on what comes through the door. Sometimes it’s a small envelope, other times it’s a stack of heavy crates. We have a routine, but the city traffic always finds a way to mess it up. Shradhanand Road is always busy, so we’re used to the honking and the hustle. Our team is a mix of younger guys and some older folks who have been around since the office first opened. We don't pretend to be anything we’re not. We’re just a local branch doing the daily grind of making sure stuff gets where it needs to go. It’s tiring work, and your back usually hurts by five o'clock, but it’s what we know how to do.
