Our office is at 192, Jolly Maker 2, right across from the World Trade Centre in Cuffe Parade. This is a very different part of Mumbai compared to the suburbs. It is a bit more polished outside, but inside our Dhl Express India Pvt. Ltd. office, it is just like any other busy workspace. We deal with international shipping and local deliveries all day. The Jolly Maker building is an old favorite in this area. Even though we are in a fancy neighborhood like Cuffe Parade, the work we do is very hands-on. We are constantly scanning documents and checking boxes. The view outside is nice, but we are usually too busy looking at tracking numbers to notice. It can get pretty intense when the courier vans arrive and we have to unload and sort everything quickly. We have a lot of regulars who come in from the nearby offices. It is a small space for the amount of work we handle, but we have a system that works. We don't have much time for small talk, but we try to be friendly when things aren't too crazy. The traffic around the World Trade Centre can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our big tasks done early. It is a solid, hardworking office in the heart of South Mumbai. We just keep the deliveries going every single day.
