Our office is at Door No.19/203 in the Shivajiraje Mhada Complex in Kandivali West, Mumbai. It’s a busy spot, as you might expect for this part of the city. We spend our days surrounded by boxes and packages of all shapes and sizes. Charkopnaka is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. The office isn't very fancy, just some sturdy tables and a lot of scanners. We handle a lot of international and local shipping, so there’s always a lot of paperwork to go through. Sometimes the computers are a bit slow, but we get things done. We don’t have any big corporate slogans posted on the walls. It’s just a group of us working to make sure everything gets sorted and sent out on time. The traffic around the Mhada complex can be a real headache, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home. We’ve been here for a long time now and we know the regulars who come in with their parcels. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend much time talking about our goals; we just focus on the pile of boxes that needs to be processed before the end of the shift. It’s hard work and it can be a bit chaotic during the holidays, but that is just the nature of the courier business in a place like Mumbai. We just keep our heads down and work.
