We are the Dhl Express (I) Pvt. Ltd office over in New Mumbai. You can find us on the 4th floor of the Radha Krishna Apartments, which is in Shahbaz Village, Plot 21 and 22, Sector 19 of Belapur. It’s an interesting spot for an office, being in an apartment building in the village area. Express shipping and document work for this part of the city is what we handle. Being in Belapur means we are close to a lot of other businesses, so it stays busy. We aren't the main headquarters or anything, just a local branch doing the daily work. The office is usually full of packages and paperwork that needs to be sorted. Our small team here knows the local streets well. People come in to drop off their envelopes or to ask where their parcels are. A lot of time is spent scanning and checking the system to see where things are in the world. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when a big shipment arrives, but we manage. We don't have any big flashy signs, just a regular office setup on the 4th floor. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important to the people who need their things delivered on time. We just keep at it, day in and day out, making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall behind. We might not have the best view from up here, but we certainly stay busy with all the parcels coming through.
