Dhara Cons Infra Tech Private Limited is based in the Kalbadevi area of Mumbai. Our office is on the 2nd floor of Lifescapes Nilay, located at 11/43 on Dr B. Jaykar Marg. If you know Kalbadevi, you know it’s one of the most crowded and energetic parts of the city. We are right in the middle of all that chaos. The building, Lifescapes Nilay, is where we handle the tech and infra side of our business. Our office is a functional space, nothing too elaborate. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of documents related to infrastructure projects. It can get pretty noisy outside with the traders and the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't the kind of company that puts out a lot of glossy brochures. We just do our work from the second floor and try to stay on top of our schedules. Being in the 400002 zip code means we are close to everything in South Mumbai, which helps with meetings, even if getting around takes forever. We spend a lot of time on site visits, but this office is where the planning happens. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when the whole team is in, but it’s a solid place to work. We just focus on the infra tech tasks we have and try to keep things moving forward every day.
