We are situated at Flat No -7 in the Corner View Housing Complex, which is part of Dater Colony in Bhandup East. Mumbai is always a fast place, but this little corner of the city feels a bit more like a neighborhood. Our address is right in the 42 area of Bhandup. We focus on housing finance and most of the work happens at these desks with a lot of back and forth on the phone. The office is a regular flat converted for work use, so it has a lived-in feel to it. It gets quite noisy outside during the peak hours, especially with the station nearby. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a small team of us trying to keep up with the loan applications and helping people understand what they need to submit. Some days are slower than others, but there is always some record to update or a client to call back. We just do our thing without making a big fuss about it. The building is easy enough to spot if you are familiar with the Dater Colony area. We don't use much fancy language because we think people just want plain answers about their money and homes. It’s a straightforward operation here in Mumbai.
