Our office is tucked away on the eighth floor of the Advent Building, specifically in room 12A. We are Deviva Realties Llp and we’ve been working out of Nariman Point for a good while. The address is a bit of a mouthful with Bhosale Marg and the Y B Chavan Centre nearby, but it’s a solid place to be. We aren't those corporate types you see on TV. Our desks are a bit cluttered with papers and old coffee mugs. Dealing with realties in Mumbai is a lot of work, and we spend most of our time on the phone or looking at floor plans. General Jagannath is a busy stretch, and we can hear the city moving even from eight floors up. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If you come by, we’ll probably just offer you a chair and talk about what’s available. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of filing to catch up on. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by, even if the traffic is a nightmare. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s got character. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things organized. It’s just a regular office with regular people trying to make sense of the local real estate market in our own quiet way.
