We started Designo Group here in Nagpur a while back. Our office is located at Plot No. 515 on Lane No. 13, which is actually Sudhakar Bansod’s place. It is a bit tucked away but we like the quiet of the neighborhood. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to get through the daily tasks. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of that polished corporate stuff. Most of the time, the desks are covered in papers and drawings because we’re actually working. Nagpur can get pretty hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay at it. We aren't really about big marketing plans or fancy speeches. We just handle the projects that come our way as best as we can. People in Maharashtra often find us through word of mouth, which suits us just fine. If you come by Lane 13, you might see us taking a break or talking through a problem. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes things get messy when we are busy, but we always manage to sort it out. That’s just how we run things here at our Nagpur office. It is straightforward and honest work.
