We’re based in Bandra East at C/101. It’s a decent spot, though finding it the first time can be a little tricky for some folks. We’ve been in this space for quite some time now. It’s not one of those glass-walled offices you see in movies. It’s just a regular room with some sturdy desks and a lot of extension cords running across the floor. We try to keep things organized, but when we're in the middle of a big project, things tend to get a bit cluttered. We don’t have a dress code or a set of rules on the wall. We just show up and get to work. Most of us have been doing this long enough that we don't need much direction. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the tapping of keyboards and the occasional argument over where to order lunch from. We don’t do the whole "mission statement" thing. We just try to finish what we start and make sure it doesn't fall apart. Being in Bandra East is great because everything is close by, but we mostly just stay tucked away in our corner. It’s a simple life, really. No big corporate meetings or long presentations. We just talk to the people who hire us, figure out what they need, and then go back to our desks to make it happen.
