Design Plus Infra Projects Pvt Ltd is based in Goregaon East. We have our office in the Akshata Building, specifically room 502. We’re located off Aarey Road, and the Sanmitra School is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. It’s a bit quieter here compared to the main highway, which we appreciate when we need to concentrate on technical drawings. Our team is small, and we’ve worked together for quite some time now. We handle a lot of the structural and infrastructure side of things, so there’s a lot of math and heavy-duty planning involved in our daily routine. The office is full of binders and old project files that we keep for reference. We aren't big on decor; we just have what we need to get the work done. Usually, the radio is playing softly in the background while we work. We talk to a lot of contractors and engineers throughout the day. Things don't always go according to the initial plan, so we spend a lot of time troubleshooting and finding workarounds for on-site problems. It's a practical job and we treat it that way. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure the buildings and projects we work on are solid and done correctly. It's a steady life here in Goregaon, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep at it.
