Dena Bank

This branch of Dena Bank is located at number 4 in Jogeshwari West. We are right on Wheeler Road, directly across from the Veena Dalwai Industrial Estate. Being so close to an industrial area means we get a lot of workers and business owners coming in throughout the day. The bank itself is a pretty standard setup. We have the counters where people come to do their deposits and the desks in the back where we handle the more complicated paperwork. It can get quite crowded in the mornings when everyone wants to get their banking done at the same time. We spend our hours counting out cash, checking through forms, and talking to customers about their accounts. The noise from the industrial estate carries over to our side of the street sometimes, but it is just the sound of the neighborhood getting things done. We have the usual security at the door and tile floors that we try to keep clean despite all the people walking in and out. It is not a quiet job, especially when the lines start to get long in the afternoon. We do not have anything flashy or modern here. It is just a place for people to manage their money and pay their bills. Sometimes the computers are a bit slow, and we have to ask people to be patient for a minute. We know many of the regulars by their names.
