Dellarex Biotec Private Limited is located on the ground floor of the Yashaka Chandrodaya CHS Ltd building. Our specific unit is 7/3. We are in Chembur East, right across from the Swastik Chamber, which is a big landmark that people use to find us. Being on the ground floor of a housing society building makes the business feel a bit more connected to the everyday life of the area. We do biotec work here, which involves a lot of careful monitoring and paperwork. It’s a bit of a mix between a professional office and a lab setup. The space isn't huge, but we’ve arranged everything so that it’s functional. We can hear the sounds of the street and the people living in the building, which is quite different from being in a secluded industrial park. Chembur East is a busy place, and there’s always something happening right outside our windows. We don't have a corporate communications team to polish our image. We just go about our business, talk to our clients, and make sure we are meeting the standards required for biotec work. It’s a lot of long hours and attention to detail, but we’re used to the pace by now. We’ve been at this location for a while and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the local shopkeepers pretty well. Sometimes the office feels small when deliveries arrive, but we just make it work.
