You can find us at Dimple Apartments, specifically in unit A/1 on the first floor. We are located in Prabhat Colony on Road Number 2 in Santacruz East. Being in an apartment building makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial space. Defacto Architectural Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a long time. The office is split across a couple of rooms, and every surface is usually covered in site plans, rulers, and various folders. We have a small balcony that looks out over the street, though it’s mostly just for getting a bit of fresh air during the day. Since the airport is nearby, we get used to the sound of planes taking off and landing. It’s just part of the background noise for us now. We are a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is working on. There isn't much formality here; we wear casual clothes and usually have some tea or coffee on our desks. When clients come to visit, they usually sit at the main table which is also where we do most of our drafting. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but it works. We’ve stayed in Santacruz because it’s central for us and the commute isn't too bad. We just focus on getting our work done and making sure the drawings are right before they go out the door.
