If you are looking for Deemed Realty Llp, we are up on the fifth floor of Panchasheel Apartment. It’s on Gokhale Road (North), right in the Purandare Wadi area of Dadar West. Dadar is always moving, so it’s pretty loud downstairs with all the traffic and people. But once you get up to the fifth floor, it’s a lot quieter. We have a small apartment that we use as our office. It’s got a bit of that old Mumbai charm to it. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just ring the bell and come in. There’s usually a few of us working at our desks, surrounded by piles of documents and local newspapers. We focus mostly on the properties around this part of town, which can be tricky because everything is so tightly packed. We’ve spent years walking these streets, so we know which buildings are good and which ones have issues. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people at local cafes if the office is too full. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that on the wall. We just try to stay on top of the local market. Dealing with real estate in Dadar is a full-time job that keeps us busy from morning until late evening. It’s just how it is for us here at Deemed Realty. We are just people working in a busy part of the city.
