Decolight Ceramics Ltd.

Our place, Decolight Ceramics Ltd., is situated at 5 Shihsir, which is part of the Bank of Baroda CHS on M.C. Chagla Marg. This is in the Bamanwada area, right off Sahar Road in Mumbai 400099. Being so close to the airport road means it’s always loud and there is always something going on outside. The building is a typical Mumbai cooperative housing society. We use this space to manage everything related to our ceramics business. It’s not a very big office, but it fits our needs for now. We have some samples of tiles and ceramic pieces tucked away in the cupboards. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. The Mumbai humidity can be tough on the paperwork, so we try to keep things as tidy as possible. There is a small window that looks out onto the street, and we see the planes taking off sometimes. It’s a busy environment. We don’t have a lot of staff, just the core people who have been here from the start. We usually grab lunch from the local spots around Bamanwada. It’s just a regular workday for us, handling orders and making sure the ceramic supplies are getting to where they need to be. No frills, just a lot of steady work in this little corner of the city. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name.
