De Fairmount Realty Llp

Our office for De Fairmount Realty Llp is in Byculla, specifically at Yasmin Towers on Ane Guruji Marg. It’s right by Jacob Circle, which as anyone around here knows, is a very busy part of town. We are on the first floor in Office 1. It’s a good spot to see the city moving. Working in real estate in this area means we see a bit of everything. There are old structures mixed with brand new towers going up all the time. We aren't some big fancy agency with a hundred people. It’s just us doing the daily work of listing properties and helping people find somewhere to live or set up shop. The traffic outside can be a bit much, but you get used to the noise after a while. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting people at various sites around Plot Cs. We don’t do any of that polished marketing stuff. We just give it to people straight. If a building has issues with the lift or the water, we’ll probably tell you. We think it’s better that way. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking over floor plans that are spread out across our desks. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. People stop by to chat about the local market and we just share what we’ve seen lately. It’s a simple way of doing business in a very hectic city.
