D.B. Realty

If you are looking for D.B. Realty, we are up on the third floor, flat 5/C/301, in the Ashirwad Co building. This is right in the middle of Mahada Colony in Powai, Mumbai. It is a busy area, you know how Mumbai is. There’s always someone moving in or out of the colony. We have a small space here with a few chairs and a desk covered in local maps and property lists. The fan hums all day and we usually have the window open to catch a bit of breeze, though it’s mostly just the sound of traffic from outside. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It is a practical location because we are right where the people are. We don’t have any shiny posters or expensive furniture. It’s just a place where we sit down with folks and talk about what’s available in the area. 400072 is the pin code if you are trying to find us on a map. Some mornings are quiet and we just catch up on filing, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just take things as they come. It’s a local business, run by local people who know the streets around Powai pretty well. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate firm, just a small office in an apartment block.
