Dash N Drool

Our shop is tucked into the ground floor of the Panorama Building, right at Shop No 1 on Walkeshwar Road. Being in Malabar Hill means it is usually quite busy outside, with a lot of cars and people moving toward the park or the temples. The space we have here isn't massive, but it fits everything we need to keep the business running. We spend most of our mornings just getting things ready and checking what needs to be done for the day. It is a bit of a routine, really. Sometimes the parking out front is a real mess, which can be frustrating for anyone trying to stop by. We’ve been at this address for a good while now, so the neighbors all know us pretty well. The building itself is one of those standard Mumbai structures that has seen a lot of years. Inside, we keep things simple and functional. There is no fancy decor or expensive furniture, just the basic stuff we use every day. We don't really go for big talk or complicated plans. It is more about showing up and handling the tasks as they come in. If you are walking up Walkeshwar Road, we are pretty easy to spot. Most days we are just busy with the small details that keep a local shop going. It is just a normal place where we work hard and try to stay organized amidst the city noise.
