H. S. Alloys Lifting Equipment

Our place is down in Darukhana, right near the Udipi Hotel at Lakri Bunder. If you know the area, you know it’s full of industrial shops and heavy metal. We deal with lifting equipment and alloys. It’s heavy stuff. The plot is number 35 and we are in block 1. It’s a dusty place because of all the work going on around here, but that’s just how Darukhana is every day. We spend the day moving chains, hooks, and various alloy parts. People come to us when they need gear that won't break on them. We don't have a shiny showroom, just a functional space with a lot of heavy inventory. Sometimes the trucks block the road, so getting in and out can be a bit of a challenge for the visitors. I’ve been working with this equipment for years, so I know what works and what doesn't. We talk to a lot of crane operators and factory owners. It’s a very specific kind of business. We keep our records in a small cabin on the plot. It’s not a corporate office by any means. It’s more of a workshop feel. We just focus on having the right lifting gear in stock. If someone needs a specific alloy part, we usually have it or know where to find it. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way.
