Darshana Patel

We are located in Bandra West, specifically at Bhagat Mension, Building No 103 on Abdul Rehman Street. We also have a space in the Mona Lisa Apa section of the building. Darshana Patel is the name people know us by. We have been operating out of this neighborhood for a long time, and we have seen it change quite a bit. The building itself is quite old, with high ceilings that help keep the place cool during the summer months. Our office is not one of those modern, glass-walled spaces. We have heavy wooden desks and old filing cabinets that have been with us since the beginning. It is a comfortable place to work. Outside on the street, there is always something going on. The markets are nearby, so there are constant crowds and plenty of noise. We actually like the energy of the area; it keeps us from feeling isolated. Most of our day is spent handling requests and talking to people who drop in. We don't have a rigid way of doing things. We just handle whatever comes across the desk as best as we can. We often share tea with our visitors while we go over the details of their needs. It is a very human way of working. We don't see any reason to change it. This spot in Bandra has become our second home, and we plan to stay here as long as we can keep up with the pace.
