Damrit International

Damrit International is situated at 219, 2-B in the Mittal Industrial Estate. We are right on the Andheri-Kurla Road. This part of Mumbai is always moving fast. The traffic outside is constant and you can hear the horns honking from morning until night. Our unit in the industrial estate is a basic space. We have some heavy desks and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not a place for showing off. We just come in, do our hours, and head home. The building has that old industrial feel with high ceilings and concrete floors. We share the estate with a lot of other businesses, so there are always people milling about in the common areas. Sometimes the elevator doesn't work right, so we end up taking the stairs to the second floor. It keeps us moving, I guess. We have a small window that looks out over a bit of the road, but mostly we just see the tops of other buildings. It is a very straightforward environment. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. We just have our work and our coffee. The Mittal Industrial Estate is a good place to be if you want to be in the middle of the action. We’ve been at 219 for a while now.
