We are Damac Holding (Uae), but our office is right here in Mumbai, specifically in Bandra West. We are at 14 Bazar Cross Road. It’s a very specific location, Room No 1. Bandra is always moving, always loud, and always full of energy. Bazar Cross Road is no exception. It’s a tight space, as most places in Mumbai are. Being in Room No 1 means we are right there as you come in. It’s a humble setup for a name that sounds so international. We handle various holdings and paperwork from this little spot. The room is packed with files and a couple of desks. There’s no room for a fancy waiting area or anything like that. If someone comes to visit, they usually just pull up a plastic chair. It’s the Mumbai way of doing business—efficient and without any extra fluff. You can hear the sounds of the market and the traffic outside all day long. It keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big staff here, just a few people keeping the wheels turning. We don't write big reports about our vision. We just make sure the records are straight and the calls are answered. It’s a busy life in a busy city. Even though the name mentions the UAE, our daily reality is very much tied to the streets of Bandra. We like the hustle and the way things get done quickly here.
