Dalchharam Nanchand & Co. has its roots at 116, Parekh Market. We are located right at 39, Kennedy Bridge in the Opera House area. This part of town is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite a long time. People around here know the name, mostly because we’ve sat at these same desks for years. We aren't a big flashy firm with a website that has music playing. We just do our business, talk to our suppliers, and help the customers who come by. Opera House is a specific kind of place, and Parekh Market is one of those buildings where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We like the community feel of it. Dealing with jewelry and stones is what we know best. It’s a trade passed down, and we take it seriously without making a big fuss about it. The office might look a bit lived-in, but that’s because we actually work here every day. We handle the daily tasks ourselves, from opening the shutters to locking up at night. There isn't a marketing department here. If you need something, you just come in and ask. We try to be fair and keep our heads down. It’s a simple way to run a company, but it works for us.
