Dilip Industries

Dilip Industries operates out of Kachanar Apartment, specifically units 1 and 2. We're on Bapu Bagwe Road in the Kanderpada area of Dahisar West. It’s not a massive factory or a glass skyscraper; it’s a more grounded, local setup. We’ve been in this neighborhood for quite a while, and we’ve seen the streets change around us. The work we do is steady and practical. We don't spend time writing out big visions or goals. Instead, we spend our time making sure the day's tasks are finished before we head home to our families. Some of the guys have been here since the start, and we’re all pretty comfortable with the routine. The space is a bit cramped sometimes with all the materials, but we make it work. It’s a very human environment where we know each other's kids' names and what everyone likes for lunch. We don’t try to act like we’re more than we are. We're just a small outfit in Dahisar doing our part. The commute can be a slog and the weather gets hot, but we just crack on with it. It’s just Dilip Industries, a place where people work hard and try to do a decent job without any of the extra polish you find in the city center. We keep things simple and just focus on the projects we have in front of us every morning.
