Daewoo International Corporation

Our office, Daewoo International Corporation, is located at No. 706 in the Powai Plaza. This is right in the Hiranandani Business Park in Powai. It’s a nice area, quite different from the crowded markets elsewhere. We are up on the seventh floor, so we get a bit of a view, though we spend most of our time looking at our desks and computers. The building is usually full of people going to different offices, so there’s a constant hum of activity in the hallways and elevators. We handle international trade and business stuff from here. It’s mostly paperwork, phone calls, and meetings. We don't have a shop floor with heavy machinery; it’s more of a typical office setting. We keep things professional but we aren't robots. We have our coffee breaks and chat about our weekends just like anyone else. Powai has grown so much lately, and being in the Business Park makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been in this specific room for a while, and it feels like a second home to many of the staff. We just try to get our work done accurately and keep things moving. There’s no need for big speeches about what we do. We just come in, do the job at No. 706, and head home when the day is over.
