Dae

Dae is located in Anushakti Nagar, specifically in the building named Mussoorie at number 26. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is a bit different from the rest of the crowded city. It’s mostly residential and has a lot of trees, which makes coming to work a lot nicer. We are on the ground floor mostly, dealing with various tasks that come our way. The office is pretty simple. We have our computers, some filing cabinets, and a lot of notebooks. Mumbai is always fast-paced, but inside our little section of the 400 094 zip code, things feel a bit more manageable. We don't have fancy decorations or a big sign out front. Most people who need to find us already know where we are. During the lunch hour, we usually walk over to the local stalls or just sit and eat whatever we brought from home. The commute can be a bit of a pain if you’re coming from far away, but that’s just Mumbai life. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails. It’s a steady kind of work. We aren't into big meetings that last forever; we prefer just getting the list of things done so we can go home. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out during the heavy monsoon months. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs every day without much fuss.
