Dadbhawala Architects Engg & Vaiuer

We are located at Nariman Point 152. This area has been a hub for business for a long time, and we have our small corner in it. Dadbhawala Architects Engg & Vaiuer isn't a new name around here. The office has that old-school feel where you can tell a lot of work has been done over many years. We have shelves filled with thick ledgers and old project files that have probably been there since the office first opened up. It’s at 152, which is a busy spot. You can hear the hum of the city all day long. We do a mix of things, from the actual architectural design to engineering work and those Vaiuer reports. It means the desk is always covered in different kinds of paperwork, some technical and some more about the business side of things. The elevators in the building are sometimes slow, so we get to know the other people working in the block while we wait. It’s a very straightforward environment. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the computers, and a whole lot of experience in the field. Sometimes we stay late when a valuation report is due, watching the lights of Nariman Point stay on outside the window. It's a solid place to work and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of the area. We just focus on the job at hand.
