Poonam Trading Company

We are located at Shop No. 7 in the Comrade Chambers building on GK Road. This is in the Hind Mata area of Dadar East. If you know Mumbai, you know that Hind Mata is a major hub for the textile and clothing trade. We have been operating our trading business from this ground-floor shop for many years now. It is a very busy area, especially during the day when the wholesale market is in full swing. Our shop is mostly used for storing goods and handling orders as they come in. We don't have a fancy display or any bright lights. It is more about the practical work of buying and selling. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who come by to check on their orders. The noise from the traffic on GK Road is something we have just gotten used to over time. We start our work early so we can get things moved before the streets get too crowded with shoppers. It is a lot of manual labor, moving boxes around and checking our lists. We don't really have a big corporate story or a fancy office. We are just a local trading company doing our business every day. Most of the other people in Comrade Chambers have become our friends over the years we have been here.
