We are located in Bharat Industrial Estate, right across from the big Asian Paints factory on LBS Marg in Bhandup West. Our office is spread across units 104 and 105. It’s an interesting place to be for a consultancy because it’s surrounded by workshops and small factories. You can hear the sounds of the industrial area all day long. The traffic on LBS Marg is always heavy, so there is a constant hum of engines outside. We’ve been in this spot for quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just books, files, and some computers. We spend a lot of time talking to clients or going through documents. It’s a practical space. We don’t have plush chairs or fancy rugs. The lighting is just standard tubes that flicker sometimes. We know the security guards at the gate and the guys who run the canteen downstairs. Most of our day is spent at the desks, looking over whatever projects we are working on at the moment. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork, but we manage. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find once they see the Asian Paints landmark. It’s a hardworking environment and we just fit right in with the rest of the industrial estate. We keep things grounded and just do the work that needs doing.
