Our office is located at 74-A in the Rehman Compound. It’s right by Byculla Station, which makes it very convenient for anyone coming by train. The compound itself has an old Mumbai feel to it. It’s not a modern glass building; it’s more of a traditional workspace that’s seen a lot of years. D. K. Realtors & Developers Private Limited has been operating from this spot for quite a while. We are realtors and developers, so we have a lot of maps and site plans lying around on the desks. The atmosphere in Rehman Compound is quite lively, with different small businesses and workshops all around us. You can hear the trains pulling into Byculla Station every few minutes. It’s a bit dusty and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We aren't looking for a polished corporate image. We just want a place where we can do our work and meet with people who are interested in property. We have a few old wooden chairs for visitors and a big desk where we keep all our ledgers and documents. It’s a very down-to-earth kind of place. Most days, we are out visiting sites, but this is the hub where everything gets organized. Being so close to the station means we are always in the middle of the action, which suits us just fine.
