If you are looking for D K G Telecommunications, we are right at Shop No. 1 near the railway station in Santacruz (E). Being so close to the station means there is a constant sound of trains and people rushing to catch their rides. It is a very busy part of the world to have a shop. We see a lot of faces passing by every single day. Our shop is small but we cram a lot of work into it. Dealing with telecommunications in such a fast-paced area keeps us on our toes. You can hear the announcements from the platform if the wind is right. We have been here at this Santacruz East location long enough to know most of the regular commuters who walk past. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have our counters and our tools, and that is about it. There is no room for anything that doesn't need to be there. Most of the day is spent fixing things or talking to customers over the noise of the traffic outside. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fan going and carry on. We are a local business through and through, just trying to provide what people need right here by the station. It is a noisy, lively place to work, but we would not have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and work.
