Cypress Properties and Trading Llp is our business located in the Fort area of Mumbai. You can find us at Apeejay Chambers on the first floor, which is on Wallace Street. Fort is such a busy, historic part of the city, and we’ve been working out of here for quite some time. We handle property deals and some trading on the side. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up on every available surface. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. When someone comes in, they usually just walk back to our desks. We like being in this part of town because it feels like the heart of Mumbai. Most of our day is spent on the phone or going over documents for various property transactions. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a small firm trying to get through the daily tasks. Sometimes we go out for a walk around Wallace Street just to get some fresh air. The work can be a bit tedious with all the legal requirements, but we stay on top of it. We aren’t trying to be famous or anything. We just want to do right by the people we work with and keep things moving. It’s hard work but we manage it.
