Cushman & Wakfield Property Solutions -Site-R.I.L

Our site is set up at Shahani Colony on Navghar Road, right in Mulund East. It is a decent area, quite residential but close enough to the main roads to be convenient. We are located at 19/6 and have been operating from here to handle property solutions for the R.I.L site. It is more of a practical hub than a corporate office. We spend a lot of time dealing with the specifics of the site itself. There is always something that needs attention, whether it is a repair or just checking in on the facility. The team here is pretty small and we all know each other well. We don’t really go in for the fancy office decor or anything like that. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of tea to get through the day. Dealing with Mumbai’s humidity and traffic is just part of the job description. We focus on getting the work done without a lot of talking. It is mostly about problem-solving on the fly. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the Mulund area over the last few years, but our routine stays mostly the same. We show up, see what the day brings, and try to make sure everything stays on track at the site. It is a straightforward way to work, and it suits us just fine here in Mumbai-81.
