We have been set up at Shree Gajanan Park for a good while now. Most people in the area know our spot because we are right on Bhiwandi Road, specifically in Balkum Pada-1. Being in Thane West keeps the whole team pretty busy with all the property stuff constantly happening in this part of town. It is a very standard office setup inside building B006, nothing fancy at all, just a practical place where the crew gets together to handle real estate work and paperwork. Local folks usually just drop by if they have a few questions about floor space or the different buildings nearby. We have a small, dedicated group working here most days of the week. The traffic on Bhiwandi Road can be a real headache during peak hours, but it makes us fairly easy to find if you are coming in from the main highway. We have seen this whole neighborhood change quite a bit over the last few years. New buildings and developments are going up everywhere you look around Balkum. We just try our best to keep up with all the daily meetings and the files that come with the territory. It is mostly about managing whatever task is sitting right in front of us. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is on their phones at the same time, but that is just how it goes. We are not trying to be anything we are not.
