Our office and workspace are at 240 in the Adarsh Industrial Estate. It’s on Sahar Road in Chakala, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a challenge with the Andheri East traffic. The estate is always buzzing with activity, trucks loading and unloading, and people rushing around. Inside, it’s a lot of boxes and different products waiting to be moved. It’s an industrial space, so the floors are concrete and the walls are just plain. We don't have fancy furniture, just some sturdy tables and chairs that get the job done. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of manufacturing from the nearby units. We spend our days checking inventory and making sure everything is packaged right. It’s a lot of manual work and standing around. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and have our lunch breaks. Sometimes it gets really loud when the machines in the next unit are running, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been in this part of Andheri for quite some years now. It’s not the most glamorous area, but it’s where all the work happens. We focus on our daily tasks and try to stay on top of the orders that come in. By the end of the shift, we’re usually pretty tired, but the work is steady and keeps us moving through the week.
