Our office is in Jogeshwari West, right by the railway station at Abba Commercial. We have units 208 and 209. It’s a noisy area because of the trains and the Jagnath Chawl right there. You can hear the announcements from the platform if the windows are open. We deal with security systems and things for the home, so our shelves are usually full of cameras, wires, and sensors. S P Road is always moving, and we are right in the middle of that mess. People often walk in because they saw our sign while walking to the station. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and we like the convenience of being near the transport. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of a working office where we test things out. We spend a lot of time explaining how the different gadgets work to people who aren't very tech-savvy. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for it to come back. It’s a typical Mumbai small business life. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the other shop owners in the building. It’s busy, it’s loud, and it’s home for us.
