Credence Logistics Ltd (Ispat Group)

Down in Mumbai, you can find us at House 503 in Building 16 of the Mhada Housing Complex. That’s in Oshiwara, over in Andheri West. It’s a pretty packed area, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been part of the logistics world for a while, working under the Ispat Group umbrella, but we keep our daily operations pretty simple. It’s mostly about managing the flow of goods and making sure the paperwork is in order. Being in a housing complex means we are right in the middle of the community. It’s not a shiny corporate tower, just a functional space where we handle our business. Mumbai traffic is always a headache, so a lot of our time is spent figuring out the best times for transport and trying to avoid the worst of the jams. We have a small team that works well together. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. The humidity here can be a lot, and the rain during monsoon season makes things interesting, but we never stop. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and equipment, but we make it work. We are just regular people doing a job that needs doing. We focus on the everyday tasks and try to stay organized. It’s hard work, but it is what we know and we're used to it.
