Creative Yard

Creative Yard is based on Besant Street in Santacruz West. We are situated near the Vijay Sales, which makes it easy to give people directions. The neighborhood is always active and full of life. Our space is pretty modest, but it’s where all the actual work happens. Most of the day is spent sketching out new ideas or talking to different vendors on the phone. It gets a little noisy with the street traffic outside, but we don't mind much. There is no fancy reception area here. When you walk in, you’ll probably see someone measuring out a floor plan or comparing wood finishes. We handle a variety of design tasks, mostly for houses and local shops nearby. We try to keep things simple and avoid using complicated words. If a client wants a wall moved, we look at the structure and figure out the best way to do it. It’s a very practical kind of setup. Most of our clients are just regular folks from around Santacruz. They want their homes to look nice and stay within a budget. We listen to what they need and then we start drawing. It’s not always a smooth process, but we know how to handle the hiccups. We’ve been here for a while and the street feels like home. There is always something new to think about here.
