Cre8Ing Realty Llp is based in Ghatkopar West, right on Navroji Lane. We are up on the 7th floor of Paras Society in Flat No. 704. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. When you come up here, you get a decent view of the Mumbai skyline, or at least the Ghatkopar part of it. The office is basically a flat that we have converted into a workspace. There is a small area where we sit and go through property listings and another room where we keep all the records. Navroji Lane can be quite narrow and busy, especially with the local market nearby, so getting here can sometimes be a bit of a squeeze. We don’t have a flashy sign or a big lobby. It is just a doorbell and a wooden door. Most people who come here are locals from the society or nearby streets. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and the afternoons usually involve meeting people who want to look at flats. It’s a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the security guards at the gate. We are just a small group of people trying to make sense of the real estate market in Mumbai City. It’s not always glamorous, and there is a lot of running around involved, but we like being in this neighborhood. We just do our thing here.
