We are based at 109 in the Anand Manga Ii building over in the Fort area. It’s one of those parts of town where the buildings have a lot of history and the streets are always crowded. Our office is a bit tucked away, but it’s a good place to handle our project work. We do a lot of planning and coordination from here. The rooms are high-ceilinged and can get a bit dusty if we don't keep on top of it. There are four of us who sit here regularly. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to contractors on the site. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or modern art. It’s a working office with sturdy desks and plenty of filing cabinets. We’ve been here for several years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s a good little sandwich place just down the road where we usually get lunch. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just take on projects and try to see them through to the end without too many headaches. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for the legs, I suppose. It’s just a normal group of people working hard in a classic old building. Corinthian Consortium Projects Pvt Ltd is just us, working away every day.
