Conventions & Fairs ( India) Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Andheri East, right in the Floral Deck Plaza. We are in unit E-519, which sits across from SEEPZ on Central MIDC Road. If you know the area, you know it’s always packed with people and cars moving around. Our office isn't massive, but we fit all our desks and files in there. We spend most of our time on the phones or sending out emails to get things organized. Planning events is a lot of back-and-forth. It’s not always glamorous like people think. There’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with vendors who are late or haven't sent the right stuff. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The elevator is usually slow, so we end up waiting a lot. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the nearby stalls. We’ve got a small team here. Everyone knows their job. Sometimes it gets loud when we are all on calls at the same time. The view from the window isn't much, just more buildings and the road, but it keeps us focused. We don't have a big reception area or anything. Just a place to sit and work. It's a busy life here in Mumbai. We just try to keep the schedules straight and make sure the exhibitions actually happen without too many problems.
