Our office is over on Mes Road 110 in Bhandup West. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for a while now. We spend most of our time staring at screens and moving things around on computers. It’s not a flashy studio like you might see in movies. There are wires everywhere and the coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the room. We work on animation, which basically means we sit a lot and pay attention to small details that most people wouldn’t notice. Sometimes the computers crash or the internet goes slow and we just have to wait it out. It’s a small team here. We don't have fancy titles or a big HR department. Usually, we're just talking about how to make a movement look a little more natural or why a certain color isn't showing up right on the monitor. The building isn't the newest, and the elevator can be a bit temperamental, but it works for us. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just take it one frame at a time and try to finish our tasks before the sun goes down. It’s a steady job and we like the creative part of it, even if it’s just us in a small room in Bhandup.
