Commercial Enterprises

We are based in G-40 at the Shalimar Industrial Estate in Matunga. It’s a typical industrial area with a lot of trucks and noise from the other units. We’ve been operating Commercial Enterprises from this location for quite a while. The building is solid but old. We have a lot of metal shelving to keep our stock organized, though it still feels crowded sometimes. The day starts early here because the estate gets busy with loading and unloading. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around and checking orders against the manifests. We don’t have much in the way of decor. The walls are just painted a dull grey and there’s a clock that ticks a bit too loud. It’s not the kind of place where you’d host a fancy meeting. We mostly deal with other businesses and suppliers who don’t care about how the office looks as long as the work is done. Matunga is a central place to be, so it helps with getting things shipped out. We take our lunches at the small canteen nearby. It’s a routine that works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that stays open and gets the job done every day of the week. The rain usually leaks a little by the front door, so we put a bucket there and just keep going. It’s just how things are in an old estate.
