If you're looking for Colorshine, we’re in the Platinum building on Jawahar Road. We’re up in unit 308. It’s a decent spot in Ghatkopar East, right where all the action is. Our business is mostly about finishes and colors, hence the name. We don't have a fancy showroom or a team of salespeople in suits. It’s just a few of us in a regular office making sure the orders for our products get processed. The building is usually full of people from different businesses, which makes for an interesting atmosphere. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. Our day usually starts with checking the emails and seeing what needs to go out first. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just provide products that people need for their projects. Sometimes we have to deal with shipping delays or stock issues, but that’s part of the trade. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a question. We don't have a script; we just talk to people like normal human beings. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the office sometimes when new stock arrives, but we make it work. It’s just a simple, local business trying to stay steady in a busy city like Mumbai. We like the area and the people we deal with every day.
