Royal Palms is a bit tucked away from the main road, so it is a bit of a drive through some hilly, green roads to get to us. It is a unique spot for a business, surrounded by a lot of trees and other office units. Our office is on one of the higher floors. We deal with all sorts of medical supplies that doctors and hospitals need for their daily work. It is a busy place with people always on the phone or packing up orders for shipping. We do not have a fancy reception area with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you will just see us working at our desks or moving inventory around the room. The vibe here is pretty casual; we are not big on suits or formal meetings. We just want to get the medical gear to the people who ordered it. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here or the mobile signal drops because of the hills, but we have gotten used to it.
