Operating out of D-64/1249 in the Azad Nagar Poornima CO-OP HSG Society is a bit different than being in a big commercial park. We are right here in the housing society area, so things feel a bit more local and grounded. Cockerill Exports has been running from this spot for a while now. It’s mostly just us handling the export details and making sure the shipping papers are correct. Being in a residential society means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, but it also makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. You don't get that cold, corporate vibe here. Sometimes the kids are playing outside or people are just going about their grocery shopping while we are inside discussing logistics. It’s a small team, usually just a few of us at the desks. We handle a lot of emails and phone calls, mostly dealing with people from other places who want to buy what we're sending out. The office isn't huge, but it fits everything we need like the computers, the printer, and the files that seem to pile up no matter how much we try to go digital. We like the location because it’s easy to get to and it feels like a real community. Every morning we open up, check what needs to go where, and start the day. It’s a straightforward way to run an export business without all the unnecessary fluff you see in big city offices.
