Our workshop is located in Gala No. 25 and 26, inside the PWD Shed on Ramchandra Bhatt Marg. We’re right across from the Holy Cross Church, near Babulal Tank Road in Noorbaug. It's an old part of the city and the building has that classic industrial feel to it. We spend our days surrounded by fasteners and various hardware items. The floors are concrete and there's usually a bit of oil or grease around because of the machinery. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place where work actually happens. We’ve been at this location for a long time now. People in the trade know the PWD sheds well. It can get quite hot in the summer under the metal roof, but we have fans running all day to keep us going. We handle a lot of different types of fastening systems, and the boxes are stacked up to the ceiling in some places. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific size immediately, but we usually know exactly where everything is. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our business comes from people who know where we are and what we can provide. It's a bit of a maze inside with all the stock, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
