You can find us at E-17 in the Agarwal Industrial Estate, right on S.V. Road in Jogeshwari. Clarol Beauty Products isn’t some high-end boutique with marble floors; it’s a working space where we put things together. The estate is always busy, and there’s a lot of traffic on S.V. Road, so it can be a bit of a headache getting here in the evenings. Inside, we have our setup for making and packing the products. It’s a bit clinical because of what we do, but it’s still just a regular workplace. We don’t have any flashy advertisements or models on the walls. It’s just us, wearing our work gear and making sure the lids are on tight before things go out. We’ve been in Jogeshwari for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of the industrial estate. Some days are slow, and we spend time cleaning the equipment or counting bottles. Other days, we can barely keep up with the boxes piling up. We don't use any big words to describe what we do here. We just make beauty stuff and hope people like it enough to buy it again. It’s a small operation, really. We know everyone’s name here and whose turn it is to bring in snacks. It’s just a group of people working together in a corner of Mumbai, trying to get through the day's tasks without too much trouble.
