City Cat International Ltd. is located right in the heart of Fort at City Cat House, 29, Police Court Lane. If you know the Fort area, you know it's full of old buildings and narrow lanes. Our building, City Cat House, has been our base for a long time. It’s a busy spot, with lawyers and office workers constantly rushing past on the lane outside. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty focused. We aren't big on flashy decor or modern minimalist furniture. It's more about old wooden desks and stacks of documents everywhere. Working in Fort gives the business a certain feel that you don't get in the newer parts of the city. We have our routine: the morning coffee, the mid-day rush, and the steady hum of the office work. The lane can be quite narrow, so getting large deliveries in can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes, but we’ve gotten good at navigating it. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do here. We just come in, handle the international side of things, and make sure everything is filed correctly. It's a lot of coordination and staying on top of the details. Being on Police Court Lane means we are near everything, which is helpful. We like the history of this neighborhood. It’s a bit crowded and sometimes the electricity acts up in these old buildings, but it's where we belong. It’s a practical, no-nonsense office.
